Eligibility
If you are a regular full-time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours or more per week, you are eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
Eligible dependents include
Legally married spouse
Same or opposite sex spouse
Domestic partnership
Children up to age 26
Children under the age of 20; or to age of 26 if a full-time student
Enrollment & Changes
Log into the ADP during Open Enrollment window and complete your elections before the deadline. If you have changes, please reach out to Human Resources for help.
How do I enroll or make changes?
What happens if I miss the deadline?
If you do not complete enrollment by the deadline, you may forfeit coverage for the plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.
What is a qualifying life event (QLE)?
Examples include marriage, divorce, birth/adoption, loss of other coverage, or change in employment status. QLEs must be reported with the required timeframe.
